Italian appetizers






Wanna learn how to make these simple, yet delicious appetizers?

Ingredients Bruschetta (for 2 people)
1 small tomato
1 small onion
1 full table spoon
8-15 green olives (just as much as the cut tomato or onion)
slices of French baguette
Italian seasoning
shredded cheese

- Cut the tomato and onion in very tin pieces. Cut the olives in tiny pieces. Put all of these in a bowl, add the olive oil and the Italian seasoning.
- Dip one side of the slices of French baguette in olive oil and place them with the dipped side to the bottom and preheat them in the oven (make sure they don't come out too crispy)..
- Take out the slices of bread out of the oven, put the mix of onions, tomatoes and seasoning on the slices and warm them up for a minute or two in the oven.
- Dig in!

Ingredients Mushroom-Pesto (for 2 people)
5 mushrooms
1 full table spoon of green pesto
slices of French baguette
shredded cheese

- Cut the mushrooms in very tin slices.
- Mix the mushrooms with the green pesto and put this mix on slices of bread. Add shredded cheese on top.
- Toast in the oven until the cheese has melted and the bread's nice and crispy.
- Ready to eat!
